Refund Policy
We understand that mistakes happen. If you request a refund within 24 hours of purchasing a listing due to an error on your part, we will happily issue a full refund. However, please note that refunds will not be granted for listings that have been approved and published.
In the rare event of technical issues preventing your listing from being activated, we will offer a full refund or work diligently to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If the issue persists and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, we will gladly issue a full refund.
